Where do comps come from?
Paste eBay sold URLs, WorthPoint notes, or hammer results from a similar piece. The assist reads your paste and household story — it does not log into outside accounts for you.
How should I pick an opening bid?
Start where real sold data clusters, not where you hope it lands. Yard lots can open lower to build activity; estate rooms can open at a floor that respects pickup labor.
Is AI assist live in production?
The Sell page runs the same identify engine as the fixture demo — deterministic, labeled fixture until a hosted model ships. Always read the disclaimer before you publish.
