House of Bid
How pickup works after you win
Winning is not shipping. Warehouse lots use a scheduled dock window. Estate and yard lots stay where they were photographed — you collect at the sale address. A pickup pass is issued after the sale settles. Staging does not charge a live card.
Where do I go?
The invoice and pickup notice name the address. Estate catalogs do not hide the house on the public sale page, but dock directions for warehouse lots stay in the notice — not on the open catalog.
What if I cannot take a pallet?
Bring a vehicle that fits the lot. Oversized warehouse lots can be quoted for freight in ops. Do not assume UPS will appear at the door.
Questions
When is pickup?
- After settle. Estate weeks often preview mid-week, close Thursday, and pick up Friday and Saturday — or by arrangement.
What if a lot does not sell?
- Ops can suggest a leftover price from sold comps so people coming for pickup can still buy it.
Can I walk the house to collect my win?
- No. Estate pickup is staff-only inside the house. Wait at the front staging place with your pass. Staff fetch the tagged lot from the room where it was photographed.
