House of Bid

Seller lot-complete — we are good, then sign here

House of Bid will try to help if a piece is missed, but the seller must confirm each lot is complete before pickup starts. Walk the paid lots with staff. When both sides say we are good, the seller signs the lot-complete card, then leaves. Staff run the front. This card is an operations checklist, not legal advice.

What does the seller have to confirm?

Every paid lot is marked, still in its section, and matches the catalog photo. If something is missing, say so before the signature — not after a buyer is already at the porch. We will try if a piece was missed. Completeness is still the seller’s job.

What is the script at the door?

Staff walk the paid lots with the seller. Both sides say we walked every paid lot, each piece is marked, we are good. The seller signs the card (or the NativeSign envelope in ops), then leaves. Staff run pickup from the front. Buyers never enter the house.

Is this a legal release?

No. The printable card and the NativeSign envelope are operations checklists so pickup can start. They are not legal advice and they are not a second e-sign product. Live signing stays on NativeSign.

Questions

What if the seller finds a miss after signing?

Tell staff immediately. We will try to hold or recover the piece. Refunds still happen when the wrong paid lot already left.

Where do I print the card?

Kit → Print pickup card, or /kit/print/path. Ops can issue the same packet as a NativeSign seller_lot_complete envelope.
